HANDS-ON COOKING CLASSES
An excellent way to combine the
adventure of travel with the chance to learn and explore the
delights of the table in an area known worldwide as "the land of
food & wine". Enjoy seven days in the tranquil, rolling hills of
Tuscany at a meticulously restored country inn, surrounded by

The cooking classes focus on Italian
gastronomy, Tuscan style cooking and ingredients. Learn
first-hand about the pleasures and benefits of the Mediterranean
diet while participating in hand-on planning and preparation
