We believe that you are the only one who should decide what you want in a vacation package or tour; however, with a myriad of alternatives in destinations, prices, levels of service and facilities, you need the assistance of a travel consultant to help select what's right for you.

As an experienced travel professional I can advise you impartially on what is best suited to your requirements and recommend the programs from which you can make a selection with confidence.

Think of me as a travel information expert, eminently qualified to pinpoint your dreams, present your choices, and help pick the package that's best for you.

Here's a primer to help you prepare for your vacation.

1.      What's your budget? It needn't be hard and fast, but the options are too vast to approach without a figure or a price range in mind.

2.      What kind of experience do you want? Domestic or foreign? A city or the countryside? The mountains or the beach?

3.      What is the focus of the trip? Is it a family trip, where diversions for the children are needed? Is your goal to relax or do you want lots of activity? Do you want to stay put or move around? Would you like to pursue any hobbies?

4.      When do you want to travel? Plan dates-but with some flexibility. Prices change as a destination moves from its high season to a "shoulder" season and then low season.

5.      What type of tour do you want? Are you interested in the comfort of a fully escorted motorcoach tour, independent travel package or cruise? Would you prefer an all-inclusive package with air, or do you lean toward the greater independence of a modular approach?

As a travel professional I take my career seriously. I have invested time and money to enhance my knowledge about European destinations and aspire to become the best I can be. Some of the certifications earned include:

CTC - Certified Travel Counselor issued by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA). This designation represents a rigorous program of study and testing. 
MCC- Master Cruise Counselor issued by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). This is the highest level of education for a Cruise Counselor and requires extensive training in the classroom, cruise experiences, ship inspections, and attendance at industry events. The first step to becoming a MCC is to complete the Accredited Cruise Counselor program.
Western European Destination Specialist- Issued by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA). This designation represents a rigorous program of study and testing. This is a special area of expertise that is enhanced with knowledge and experience.
ACTS ­ Austrian Certified Travel Specialist is issued by the Tourism Academy of the Austrian National Tourist Office. This certification is awarded after a required home studies course, fieldwork in Austria, seminar attendance of the Salzburg Tourism School, and written examinations.
Germany Certified Travel Specialist ­The German Tourist Board offers an extensive study program covering tourism to Germany. Included in the course is the required home study course, an escorted familiarization trip to Germany, seminar and examinations.
Holland Travel Professional ­ The Netherlands Board of Tourism has made available to a limited number of travel agents the opportunity to study and tour their country. This program includes a home study course and a study tour to the Netherlands.
BRITAgent - British Travel Specialist is issued by the British Tourist Authority and ICTA    and most recently completed training as a Hawaii Destination Specialist
